1. Pricing

The price quoted in this web site/catalog are door delivery CIF to Europe, Aisa, Australia, North America and Japan( except Africa and Middle East) . Import taxes if any are payable by the buyers on their country. Insurance is optional. For bulk order, we welcome inquiry and we provide special FOB price for bulk order.

2. Stock

You may buy one unit or several unit in a set . We will delivery as soon as possible within a week. If in some cases, stock is out, then we will let you know the possible date of delivery.

3. Delivery

Delivery will be made within one week upto one month maximum depending upon size of order and availability of stock. However, we will give you exact delivery date at the time of order confirmation.

4. Payment Methods and Procedures

We accept Credit Card (Master, Visa. American Express, JCB etc) and paypal payament via Two Checkouout ( www.2co.com) . For bulk wholesale order we accept direct bank transfer in Nepal.

5. Shipping and Custom Policies

5.1 .We are using DHL, Aramex and Fedex for delivery . They deliver normally within 4 to 6 business days up to your door step. If you have special pereference for choice of courier service you may let us know. If you buy more than one unit , we will give one pcs of extra soap as discount for each extra unit purchase.

5.2. Customer should report us and concerned courier services immediately for any damage goods or loss goods subject to the condition of box being received in damage condition or open condition within a week. 6. Custom Orders

We accept custom order or buyer's specific design. We provide exclusively design as per request. Please send your request with details.

7. Errors on Pricing and Cancellation of Orders

We reserve the right to cancel an order or request for price change due to price errors printed on the webiste due to technical problem or any other reasons. We will ask further instruction to customers whether to readjust the price or cancel the order. Once order is confirmed, the price will not change.
